Adding a buyer’s email address to the blacklist will stop sending any further email to that buyer.
You might want to blacklist a customer, if he/she has the possibility of giving you negative feedback/rating.
To blacklist a customer, click on Feedback Robot >> Blacklists
Enter an email address you want to blacklist in the input box.
Make sure you enter an Amazon encrypted email address, something like “email@example.com”.
Click “Add to Blacklist”
This will add the buyer to blacklist.
You can see the newly added blacklist user below the form.
