How to add email campaign

Click on Feedback Robot >> Campaigns

Go to Feedback Robot >> Campaigns

Click “Add new” button next to the “Campaigns” heading text.

You’ll be redirected to a form to add campaign details.

Follow the instruction below to add campaign detail.

1. Campaign Name

Enter a descriptive name for your campaign. This will be used internally for your reference.

2. Amazon Marketplace

Select a marketplace account for which you want to run this email campaign.

3. ASIN

Add Amazon ASIN here. Please note that you must have this ASIN order under the Marketplace account selected in #2 above.

For e.g – if you enter ASIN “BOOXYZ123” and have selected a US marketplace account in #2(Amazon Marketplace above), this means you are selling product having ASIN “BOOXYZ123” in US Marketplace account.

4. Active

Select Yes/No. Yes means the campaign will be active immediately after successful addition and No meaning campaign will be added but will be in pause state.

Note that you must have added email templates for this campaign to send emails.

Finally click “Add Campaign”.
